is RoomFinder ?
RoomFinder is our free Online
Hotel Reservation service. It hosts Indonesias most complete database
of hotels and gives you instant access to detailed information & availability
throughout the archipelago. It is operated by ABL Tours and Travel Ltd.
in association with major hotels & chains in Indonesia.
How
does the RoomFinder system work ?
You simply browse our database
and select a hotel based on your criteria e.g., rate, location, amenities
& leisure options. Next fill in our Online Reservation Form, which
is then sent electronically to ABL Tours and Travel Ltd., we check room
availability at the chosen hotel, and as soon as your reservation is confirmed,
the details are forwarded directly to you
How
do we settle our hotel room ?
ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. will charge the hotel reservation to your respective
credit card.
What
is the meaning of filling and sending the reservation form of RoomFinder
?
You agree with the Terms
and Conditions of RoomFinder and fully responsible for its consequency.

What
is included on the room rates ?
It is included tax
and service charge. Breakfast (ABF or CBF) and transfer are not included
unless mentioned on "Super Saver". Please be aware of surcharge
during peak/high season and type of rooms in order to avoid discrepancy
in rooms charges.
What
Bank Fees and currency exchange rates are used for this transaction ?
All rates are quoted in US Dollar. However, all transactions will be converted
into Indonesian Rupiah and the exchange rate is based on the time of transaction.
There is 4% additional of bank fee on top of room charge.
How
do we get a confirmation for our reservation ?
When your reservation
confirm, you will receive a confirmation slip as a final statement from
us for the status of your reservation at the respective hotel. The confirmation
slip is usually sent by email unless you want another way. Please print
the confirmation slip and bring it together with you when you come to
Bali, Indonesia. You have to show the confirmation slip to reservation
officer of the respective hotel for clarification upon check in.
Note : If you have a difficult with the reservation officer
of the hotel, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistant.
What
should I do when I lose my confirmation slip ?
Please contact our reservation officer and ask him/her to resend your
confirmation slip again to you. Our telephone and facsimile numbers as
well as our email addresses could be found at the end of this page. You
also may call us directly for assistant especially when you are in Bali
if you have any difficulty with your hotel reservation status.

Meeting
& Greeting Services
If you require any assistance, information or special services, we are
happy to help. Our Tour guide can pick you up directly at the airport,
and while he is there he can assist you with any problems such as lost
luggage and ticket reconfirmation for your onward holiday.
Day excursion can be arranged directly, and our tour Guide will be happy
to assist with any of your arrangements. If you prefer, we can arrange
for our Tour guide to meet you directly at your hotel by appointment and
he can brief you there as to your best itinerary, and answer any questions
you may have in person at that time.

is Super Saver ?
Super
Saver is the room rates offered by Access Bali Online. "Up
to x%" signs the saving percentage over the publish rates including
tax. "Start USD x" signs the lowest rates of the available
rooms.

are Roomfinder, Directory and Destination ?
At the left upper
side of the index page or members
page, there are the search forms for Roomfinder, Directory and Destination.

- Roomfinder functioned to search hotels/ villas/ homestays that
you want. You can also search them by name, city, starting rate,
etc or the combination of them as well.
- Directory is a wide range of links/ URL from all over the world
for some current categories, such as: sports, business, etc. You
may search for any information that you need, and some links will
be displayed for the result.
- Destination is our special pages designed for you get the most
complete and comprehensive information about every region in Indonesia.
Various info of where to go, what to do, etc are provided for
your well-prepared holiday in Indonesia.
What
is Hotdeals ?
Hotdeals
are the 'super' Super Saver. They are lower than the Super Saver
rates but only valid within a current period.
Room
Availability
means
that the room can be reserved by request.
means
that the room is available. The 'confirm' status is imposed over
any reservation for the room.
Bed
Type
- SGL stands for single bed room (max. 2 persons/ room).
- DBL stands for double bed room (max. 2 persons/ room).
- TWN stands for twin bed room (similar with DBL's rates, max.
2 persons/ room).
- TRIPLE stands for triple bed room (1 double + 1 extra bed, max.
3 persons/ room).
- B'FAST stands for breakfast. 'Y' means breakfast included within
room rate, while 'N' means breakfast excluded.
I
can’t send fax. What should I do ?
One of facilities
you may comfortably utilize to contact us, is fax. And we provide
two fax numbers that you access, in which we always ensure whether
both of them are working properly. But should you find any problem
in sending fax to us, please make sure that you observe these following
steps:
- Please enter your country's International Direct Dialing numbers.
- Dial 62 - the country code of Indonesia.
- Dial 361- the area code of Bali (Bali’s complete area
code is 0361, but you must dial without 0).

is Activation Key ?
Whenever you are successfully
signed up, an activation key will be sent to your e-mail. You must
activate your membership by using the activation key.
- Go to http://baliwww.com/ma/members/
- Put your user name and password in login form at the left.
- If user name and password are both correct, activation key form
will appear.
- Type your password (again) and your activation key.
- Done.

How
to make reservation ?
Select your hotel/
villa/ homestay, and view the super save rate. Then, click "book
now" for the room that you aim to book. If you have already
sign in / login before, the reservation form for the room will appear.
But, if have not sign in yet, the login form will be appeared for
you to fill in. We only allow ABL members to do reservation.
Basically,
there are 3 steps in reservation:
- Fill in your reservation
On this stage, you will be asked to fill some fields, such as:
type of bed desired, number of adults, children, check-in date,
etc. In the "special request" field, you can mention some current
things you want that have not accommodated within the reservation
form.
- Review your reservation
On this stage, all fields that you filled will appear again along
with the breakdown price from the reservation that you made (if
the hotel rate is available).
- Payment
This
is the last stage on reservation. There will two options about
the payment by credit card. You may enter the data of your credit
card by online (secured by thawte)
or through fax. This stage can be done later (there is a special
link for this step on your member
page). However, we will not process any reservation if the requirement
for the third stage has not completed. For banking administration,
the copy of your passport and credit cards are also required.
What
is CVV or DC ?
The CVV Number is
required for American Express, VisaCard and MasterCard. The CVV
(or Card ID) is an added security feature to help protect you against
online fraud. In this case Card ID is same as CVV. Click here

The
DC Number is required for Diners Club International as a Card Identification
Number (or Card ID). The DC is an added security feature to help
protect you against online fraud. In this case Card ID is same as

What
does "day use" or late check out mean ?
"Day Use"
means the use of a room on the last day (check-out date) exceeding
the particular check out time established by the hotel.
For
example:
A guest should be check out on July 9, 2003 on 12.00 Noon. Because
of the flight schedule , he checks out on July 9, 2003 on 18.00
PM. Consequently, a "Day Use" fee (50% of the room rate)
is charged to him, since he uses the room exceeding the determined
check out time.
