Group and Convention Reservation

There are some significant reasons why we have to separate FIT (individual) and GIT (group) reservation, and then between them and convention reservation. First, a collective reservation should enable us to optimize the usage of operation overhead that cost per person could be reduced significantly. This range of benefit could be taken by our partner, the organizer of GIT reservation. Or in other words, cost per person should be cheaper than individual booking. Second, each new collective reservation by GIT may have a chance to develop to be a partnership for a long term coorporation, that it should be handled well.

We relize that the following forms are difficult to accommodate all your customers (people in your group) needs.
