the complex, but you will need to carry your own tissues as it is unlikely
available.

Festival is a celebration of the people, their arts and beliefs. It embodies
the spirit of their tenacious, vibrant culture and their dedication to
the Gods. It is recommended that you dress properly when visiting this
area. No bathing suites please, and cover your top with t-shirt (for
ladies and gents).
