You can depart at The Melaka (Malacca) Airport, set about 9 km from the city. Regular air services between Melaka and Ipoh; Melaka and Singapore; as well as weekly flight to Pekan Baru City of Indonesia. Take a taxi or bus to get to the airport.
By Road
Try the Melakan riches’ past means of transportation – Bullock Cart; or enjoy short trips fun on a trishaw. Further destination can be reached by taxi; it’s reliable and comfortable. Cheaper transport is the bus service, which is also great way to mingle with locals. For more leisurely trips, you can rent motorbike or car. Please note that an international driving permit or a valid driving license is required. You can also use train service for travel to major cities in Peninsular Malaysia as well as to Singapore.
