How to Order a tour Package,
First of all it's advisable
for you to review all our tour packages. Please pay a close attention to their rate and
details of their itinerary. The Itinerary of a tour package will give you a complete
description about your journey during the tour. See our Tour Tips
for more informatioon about this.
Read our terms
and conditions carefully. Once you fill out the reservation
form and send it to us, we considered that you have agreed to the terms
and conditions. We will not compromise to any complain concerning things that we have
mention and organize in the terms and conditions.
Please go to our reservation form and fill out the available fields. Some fields
in the form are required, and others are optional. Nevertheless we strongly recommended
that you should fill out the fields completely. We will record your entry data for other
need such as insurance and health record. Your entry data is a part of the most secret
information for our company, and NEVER be shared to anyone without your agreement, except
for insurance need and be required by International Law for their need.
All you entry data will be
encrypted, proceed and sent to us in secure (using secure server). Although we are using a
secure server in processing your data, but for your critical information such as your
credit card details, you may send it to us using facsimile mechine and add if you are
inconvinience with our server.
Before clicking the send
buttom at the form to send your data to us, we will remind you again about our terms and conditions. Please read it carefully.
Once you reserve a tour
package using our reservation form, we will notice you about
your reservation via email to an address you want. You will get another email from us to
confirm your reservation at least in 48 hours later. If your reservation is confirm, we
will give an authorization code that you have to use when you want to executed or applied
your tour in Indonesia. Write it down in your note and take it. (When you have got an
authorization code from us, it means that your reservation has been confirmed and credit
card has been charged for it.).
You have to make a
reconfirmation to our tour operator at least 24 hours prior to tour application. You can
do it from your hotel in Bali. If you forget about your schedule of tour, our tour
operator will remind you, if you tell them your complete address and number.
You will be picked up in
your hotel (or any place you want) by our tour guide and driver in time. Please stand by
in your hotel on time. After that you can enjoy the beauty of Bali with us.
