What is Tour Planner ?
Tour Planner is a free Online Tour Reservation service. It hosts many various types of
tour packages operated in Indonesia, especially Bali. Tour Planner provides you with a
complete database of travelling routes throughout Indonesia and gives you instant access
to detailed information about them. Most part of Tour Planner's database could be accessed
freely. However you need to be ABL Private Member to have a real full access to all our
database including Tour Planner and RooomFinder.
It is operated by ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. in association with major hotels, travel
agents and chains in Indonesia.
How does Tour Planner system work ?
You simply browse our database and select a tour package(s) based on your own interest.
Browsing could be done according to tour classification such as sightseeing, culture,
water sports, etc. After determining your choice you may go to our reservation form and
fill it completely before sending it electronically to us. As soon as your reservation is
confirmed, the details are forwarded directly to you.
Note that if you are not a member of ABL Private Member or just a visitor only, you could
not be able to browse the special rate available for the tour packages and the special
rate is invalid for you.
What is ABL Private Member ?
It is an exclusive service provided by ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. for its
customers. With ABL Private Member all customers of ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. are enabled
to have a maximum benefit for any products and services they pay from ABL Tours and Travel
Ltd. The membership also guarantee that all its members will have a qualified service as
their right.
What is the relationship among ABL
Private Member, RoomFinder, Tour Planner, Access Bali Villas and ABL Tours and Travel Ltd.
?
ABL Private Member, RoomFinder, Tour Planner and Access Bali Villas are products of ABL
Tours and Travel Ltd. Tour Planner is an additional service packages for RoomFinder and
Access Bali Villas. And ABL Private Member is a smart tool to maximize your exciting
holiday in Bali and beyond. You can NOT use the benefit of ABL Private Member if you don't
buy at least one product or service offered in RoomFinder or Access Bali Villas. In other
words, the benefit of ABL Private Member is valid if and if only you buy product(s) or
service(s) offered in RoomFinder or Access Bali Villas.
How to be a member of ABL Private
Member ?
All you need is just visit the page(s) of ABL Private Member, fill out the sign
up form completely and send it to us. You should wait for several hours to have our
confirmation whether your application is received or denied. If your application is
received, you are a member of ABL Private Member now. You will be given an account,
password and user name to identify your membership. Anytime you want to buy our products
and or services, you have to tell us about your membership by mentioning your account and
user name to have a maximum benefit from ABL Tours and Travel Ltd.

How does my membership at ABL Private
Member take benefit for me ?
You can have a maximum benefits and guaranteed services from ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. by
mentioning your membership identity (account and user name) when you buy our products and
services as offered in RoomFinder, Access Bali Villas and Tour Planner.
When I filled out the reservation
form, I haven't a member of ABL Private Member. If my application is agreed to be a member
after booking a tour, could I use and have a benefit from it ?
Yes, you can. This is right if your application to be a member is agreed before the date
of your tour execution, and your credit card is not charged yet. If you loose one of the
two above conditions, we can not guarantee that you will have a full benefit as promised
in ABL Private Member. Please consult with our tour operator for more information about
this. Please note that your credit card will be charged 3 (three) days prior the date of
your tour execution. Please use our reservation form to revise your previous reservation
for this need.
What is the meaning of filling and
sending the reservation form of Tour Planner ?
You agree with the Terms and Conditions of Tour Planner and fully responsible for its
consequency.
What happens if a client does not show up, cancels or don’t use his confirmed
reservation ?
Sorry ! There is no refund in the event that :
*You are not able to show up at your agreed reservation
*You have an unused confirmed reservation or
*You need to cancel your booking within less than 2 (two) days prior tour execution.
What is a tour execution ?
A tour execution is the exact time (of year, date, day, time) when the tour will be
applied or done based on prior agreement.
What is included on a tour rate ?
It is included tax and service charge. Other standard services inclusions are
complimentary guide, entrance fee and air-conditioned transport. Other additional and
specific services are NOT included unless mentioned on mentioned in the itinerary of the
tour package.
What Bank Fees and currency exchange rates are used for this transaction ?
All rates are quoted in US Dollar. However, all transactions will be converted into
Indonesian Rupiah and the exchange rate is based on the time of transaction.
I need a certain package, but it is
not listed in your products listing. What should I do ?
Go to our inquiry form, fill it completely and send it to us.
Actually we just list our selected and best seller products on our listing. We can handle
any travelling route in Indonesia. They will spend many spaces for featuring all of them.
So we just list several products and provide you with an inquiry form for special request
or any requests that are not explicitly visible for you. Please use our inquiry form for
special tour packages or requests.
How do we get the tour voucher ?
Actually you don't need it. But if you think so, we will forward it to preferred address.
