We will pick up in a little bit different time depend on your hotel location. If you are
staying at Nusadua area, we will pick you up in time range of 08.15 - 08.30 am; Kuta at
08.30 - 08.45; and for Sanur and Ubud at 08.00 - 08.30.
Your journey
We will take you to the Taman Ayun Temple in Mengwi District at the
beginning of our tour trips. Then through Baturiti village we will go to Bedugul Tourism
Area to visit Kebun Raya Eka Karya Bedugul, Lake Beratan and Ulun Danu Temple. Leaving
this beautiful area for Jati Luwih village and Batukaru mountains. After visiting the
Batukaru Temple, we will take you to Alas Kedaton. From here we will back to Denpasar
through Mengwi.
An exciting tour
Taman Ayun Temple is the main part of Mengwi's fascination. It is the central part of
Mengwi. The temple itself is very beautiful, surrounded by an artificial lake of blooming
water lilies. This royal family temple was built by the ruling king of Mengwi over three
centuries ago. This fascination will arise your exciting in this tour program. In our
journey to Bedugul, you can see many interesting views set up by rice paddies filed,
plantation, natural village and mountains. Passing by Baturiti village we will soon reach
Bedugul mountain resort. This beautiful cool mountain-lake resort over 4000 feets above
the sea where one can visit the
Botanic Garden, The Fruit and Flower Market, hike along the
reserved forest and feed the monkeys with peanuts and corns, play golf (the best 18 holes
golf course in Asia), boating, skiing or just simply sit and relax looking across its
magnificent view. The Jatiluwih village, one the most beautiful valley of magnificent rice
terraces --the paddy field of Bali on the slopes of Mount Batukaru. The Mount Batukaru,
the coconut-shell stone, dominates the west Bali landscape, and the spirit of
this mountain is venerated in shrines through out the area. From the village of Wangaya
Gede, the road leads up into dense tropical rainforest to a solitary, mist-shrounded
temple, Pure Luwur Batukaru, with a seven-tiered meru shrine to the daity Mahadewa. Close
by is a smaller temple with a holy spring, and a path leading to a large rectangular pool,
which relates to the temples function as a place for rituals and ceremonies to
ensure adequate irigation water, a common role of mountainside temples. There are hot
springs nearby, and the series of magnificent vistas which look out over half the island.
In Alas Kedaton you will see an historic temple located in the middle of a small forest
guarded by a tribe of friendly monkeys.
Completing your tour
After visiting the Alas Kedaton, our guide will take you back to your hotel through Mengwi
and Denpasar. You may arrive at your hotel around 5.00 pm, depends on the location of your
hotel.
