To
make the table decorations, we make longitudinal cut of
the woods. This is done by the machine so the width of
the wood is similar. On the wood, the pattern for the
decoration is drawn and a school child can do that. It
is an easy job, he only needs to copy the pattern on the
wood. The wood is then cut following the pattern using
cutting machine. Either an adult or a child does it. From
this process, a number of raw decorations are produced.
Using
a special knife, young mother skillfully shapes and polishes
these raw decorations into fine-shaped decorations. So,
the shapes of birds, cats or cows are obvious. These-mass
produced decorations then wait to be dried in the oven.
The length of the heating depends on how long the materials
get dry.
After
being dried, all decorations are sprayed with black tints.
By passing this process, the whole parts of the decorations
can be uniformly painted.
Now,
the decorations are about to finish. They are then painted
white by hand before painted to different fancy colors.
The color painting is entirely made by hands using different
colors. These prepared decorations should not be tainted
with waters. It will blur the color of the decorations.
To get glossy look and protect the color from the water,
the prepared decorations are painted with a chemical called
Aqua Liquer.
