clarifies our Cancellation and Refund Policy, and is to be considered
along with our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice in order to gain
a clear understanding of related Abexnet.com operations. We reserve
the right to change, adapt, and modify these documents as necessary
without prior notification.
Cancellation Conditions and procedures for the cancellation of agreements,
contracts and orders concerning buying and selling products and
services between Abexnet.com and clients.
Abexnet.com, for any reason not outside contractual
and liability arrangements, such as delivery services, cannot fulfil
previously confirmed requirements and demands agreed upon within
the timeframe of transaction completion. More information about

Client decides to cancel previous transaction for
reasons originating from the client side. More information about

Client violates the terms of agreement governing
Abexnet.com procedures. More information about this, please refer

Abexnet.com releases and enacts specific conditions
for refund documents to meet specific situations that may arise
at specific times. The variety and diversity of the Abexnet.com
worldwide business access network requires rapid real time trouble
shooting rather than any generalized, frequently inapplicable procedures.
Abexnet.com aims to foster worldwide interaction
and expedite the resulting transactions in a flexible and efficient
way, barring any overriding situations such as war, epidemics and

How to initiate and substantiate ARP claims
In order to expedite validated cancellations and
refunds, the following advisory has been prepared to assure proper
procedure.
Please submit detailed and itemized records of the relevant transaction
with an official letter of cancellation containing your official
identity, customer ID and order number, bank identification and
transaction procedures and account number for refund, as well as
a detailed explanation of the reason(s) for cancellation.
You are responsible for all transport, handling and delivery costs
for the return of all products directly purchased through Abexnet.com.
These costs will be debited from your refund when the returned items
have been received by Abexnet.com.
Step by Step Cancellation
and Refund Procedure
- E-mail or fax the completed official Abexnet.com Cancellation
and Refund Form you will find here, attaching a copy of the invoice
issued from us and sent to you documenting payment for the transaction
in question.
- Attach a completed description and explanation for cancellation
of this order with Abexnet.com. Send all of the above to our office
with attention to the Abexnet.com Customer Service Manager. We
will immediately notify you on receipt of the materials explaining
your refund or cancellation request which is now in progress if
all ARP procedural materials have been received.
- You will be notified as soon as your request has been validated.
Then you can return the products directly purchased from Abexnet.com
to the address included on the Cancellation and Refund Form. You
are responsible for all transport, handling and delivery costs
incurred in the return, as well as for the good condition of the

settlement and reimbursement for products damaged in transit to
us from you.
- During the return - refund process, Abexnet.com communication
channels are open between you and our staff. Once the return delivery
process has be successfully completed and the good condition of
the products assessed, you will receive your refund within 48
hours as per your banking arrangement specified on the Abexnet.com
